Who we are
UAEAZ is an advocates and legal consultants practice based in the UAE. The name is deliberate: we are a firm of this jurisdiction, fluent in its courts, regulators and commercial culture, and organised to work with clients across borders.
The work is not theatrical. Files are prepared carefully. Advice is given in plain language. When a matter requires court advocacy, it is handled by licensed advocates. When it requires structuring, negotiation or a quiet letter, that is how it proceeds.
How we work
A first conversation — by email, video or in person — is used to understand the facts, the deadline and the outcome you need. We then tell you what can be done, what cannot, and what it is likely to involve. You decide whether to instruct us. A client relationship begins only when the engagement is confirmed in writing.
Where the matter requires court advocacy, licensed advocates appear at the relevant level: first instance, appeal or cassation, before federal or local courts. Advice and drafting are available in Arabic and English.
Clients include UAE residents, GCC families, international executives, founders, landlords, tenants and companies with operations or assets anywhere in the UAE.
